Brown Civic Center and Auditorium in Pampa, Texas, Tuesday, and it was all good. "He has a vision," Patterson said. "Not just for Boone Pickens, but for all of you," he told about 250 people attending the meeting. Pickens called the meeting to tout Mesa Power's projections of economic benefits from his project. "I consider us all friends and partners in business," Pickens said.
